DIET PLAN TO REDUCE/PREVENT HEART BLOCKS AND CHOLESTEROL

Continuation of  how to prevent heart blocks
1.    In the morning, as soon as you get up, drink 1-2 litres of water with empty stomach. Drinking water cleanses the blood vessels and also maintains the blood to be very thin. It’s easy to pump blood, if the thickness of blood is low. For more info on water therapy

2.    After drinking water, go for toilet, and clean your stomach.
3.    Once done, do meditation. Meditation or exercise is must for heart patients, because the production of cholesterol in the body depends on the peace of mind. Meditation keeps of our mind in control. Hence its best practice for heart patients to do meditation every day.
4.    If not meditation, its compulsory to do exercise or aerobics or yoga, anything which you are comfortable.
5.    Once done, drink vegetable juice made from ridge gourd, snake gourd, cucumber, lettuce, carrot, and beetroot. If it’s not possible to drink, you can drink lemon juice with honey. Even diabetic patients can have with honey.
6.    After juice take 30-60 minutes gap.
7.    For breakfast eat sprouts only or whole meal bread,   cereals made by oats which has soluble fibres.  Heart patients, Preferable to eat sprouts everyday including oats. Sprouts have alpha linolenic acid which has anti-cholesterol and cleanse the deposited LDL cholesterol.
8.    After breakfast take 1 hour gap, and drink water gradually up to 1 litre, one hour before lunch.
9.    For lunch always, always include green leafy vegetables. Avoid oil and salt completely. Every one aware that oil increase cholesterol. One more unknown fact about salt is excess consumption of salt increases the thickness of blood. As I have mentioned earlier, for the better supply of blood to heart, blood thickness should be very low. Hence doctors advice high blood pressure patients to avoid salt completely, otherwise it might lead to heart blocks or heart attacks. It’s strongly suggested to eat brown rice only. Brown rice has lot of fibre and other required nutrients in its outer layer, which gets peeled off in white rice.
10.    After lunch, again take one hour gap, and drink water up to 1 litre before evening break.
11.    In the evening have fruits like apple, papaya, pomegranate and Gouva.
12.    For dinner, have whole meal bread or chapathi. Eat more green vegetable curries. And for dinner always fill 80% of your stomach and remaining 20% leave it empty.
             In all the above mentioned things, I would like to highlight two things, they are meditation and reduction/avoid salt completely.
